SMEW’s manufacturing facility is equipped with advanced CNC machinery from globally renowned manufacturers, including EMAG, Mazak, and Mori Seiki, enabling the production of high-precision grooved winding drums, BLDC motor components, and critical machine parts with exceptional consistency and accuracy. Our infrastructure is further supported by CNC grinding machines and dynamic balancing systems, ensuring superior dimensional precision, surface finish, and reliable machine performance.

3. In-House BLDC Motor Manufacturing

SMEW designs and manufactures its own BLDC motors using dedicated production equipment and stringent quality standards. Our facility includes CNC stator winding machines, precision epoxy dispensing systems, and complete in-house motor assembly and testing, ensuring reliable performance, higher efficiency, and consistent quality in every motor.
